Our Head Chef Joe'’s food style is modern British, whilst utilising classic flavour combinations from all over the world and as such, he and the team are going to be serving our infamous sweet chilli, ginger & lime glazed pork belly ribs at Hitchin Fireworks display. Cafe 77 is based in the village of Codicote and serves fresh and local produce daily for breakfast and lunch from our converted shipping container. Our Mobile unit specialises in serving up our famous ‘really good burgers’ which are a 6oz Aberdeen Angus patty from our boys at Broad Oak Farm and delivered fresh. Never frozen. Packed into a brioche bun, loaded with various cheese and sauce. These are proper burgers!
The Great British Sausage Company
In 2005, after years of going to music festivals and being disappointed with the quality of sausages on offer, David Nye set out with a mission: to make British sausages great again. After learning how to make sausages at his local butcher’s shop, he set out with Fat Pam the Sausage Van and a barbeque, taking the traditional sausage to people in every corner of the British Isles. Twelve years later and we’re still touring the country with our menu of five award-winning sausages.

This Hertfordshire based Food Truck serves up the best grilled cheese toasties we have ever tried. Their sourdough grilled cheese toasties are crunchy & gooey with an epic crusty cheese edge that just makes your mouth water, all served from a classic Citroen H Van.

Youngs Famous Fish and Chips is run by Teri and Luke Baker with the help of their hard working and skilled staff and has a well-deserved reputation for serving great quality fish and chips. Teri used to run a fish and chip shop in Barton-le-Clay and is the only mobile fish and chip trainer in the country. She is proud to offer only the very best fillets of fish cooked to perfection with a secret recipe crispy batter and the most delicious chips.
